Cancellation Policy
All appointments require a non-refundable deposit, this must be done before any appointment is approved.
After a no call/ no show your card on file will be charged a cancellation fee and you will lose the deposit.
Any appointments made after a no call/ no show must be paid in full before the new appointment is approved.
Every provider has the right to change any of their own policies at any time.
If you need to reschedule or cancel an appointment please do so with at least a 48 hour notice.
